At Kailash Soul, each piece carries spiritual energy and is often considered part of a karmic cycle. In traditional Tibetan practice, blessed items are typically not returned—when no longer needed, they are respectfully passed on to others or returned to a local temple.
That said, we respect your needs and aim to offer fair and thoughtful solutions.
Return Conditions
Returns must be requested via email within 5 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
Slight color variations due to lighting, screen settings, or photography are considered normal and not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Return
Email us at: service@kailashsoul.com within 5 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance to ensure the item is safely returned.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a package is refused or not signed for after multiple delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee (including return handling) will be deducted.
If the Return Is Due to Our Error
If your item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
30-Day Warranty Policy
We are committed to the quality of our products. All KailashSoul jewelry is covered by a 30-day limited warranty under normal wear and care.

🚫 Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or impact
Wear and tear from extended use
Exposure to chemicals, water, or extreme conditions
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
